Chick-Fil-A is America's favorite fast food chain - again. That's according to the American Customer Satisfaction Index out this week.
A survey of over 20-thousand random fast food customers found that Chick-Fil-A had an overall satisfaction score of 83, while Jimmy John's trailed in second with a score of 79.
While fast food is still a popular choice for consumers, sit-down restaurants scored much higher in categories like order accuracy, cleanliness, food quality, and employee friendliness.
Survey participants rated LongHorn Steakhouse and Texas Roadhouse as top sit-down restaurant choices.
