Study: Couples Who Cuddle At Bedtime Are Less Stressed

Turns out spooning might be the secret to a less stressful life. A new study finds that couples who snuggle up at bedtime tend to feel more secure in their relationships and experience less emotional stress.

Interestingly, your go-to solo sleep position doesn’t predict how you’ll sleep with your partner, but the closer the cuddle, the better the vibes.

While the study can’t say for sure whether closeness causes security or vice versa, cozying up seems like a win either way.
