Tis the Season Giveaway for the third year ins row brings the holiday cheer to the community.
By filling out this registration form, it guarantees that a Gift will be provided to your child/children. You must complete the entire form to ensure that your child/children receive a single gift.
Also, make sure to select the time slot that you and the child/children will be able to pick up their gift(s). *Children must be present to receive their gifts. Also, the registrant must be present. This means that you cannot pickup for someone else.
Food, Bounce Houses, Music, Etc. will be provided. You are more than welcome to stay and partake in the fun but your gifts will only be available at the time designated.
