The bride-to-be – who’s described by her family as being “brainwashed” – has written a letter to the judge pleading for leniency for Kelz when he’s sentenced.
Jurors found he used his money and power to lure, control and abuse underage victims. Prosecutors want to lock him up for over 25 years, but his lawyers want ten.
At this point, he’s been in jail for three years. Joycelyn claims she’s not a victim and that they have an “amazing” relationship. “Robert is not the monster that the government has described him to be,” she notes.
“The Robert I know is very sweet, gentle, and kind. At the end of the day, he has always made sure that I’m taken care of, and any other women he was with as well.”
