More baby formula is on the way as a nationwide shortage drags on. Shipments from Europe are due to arrive and make their way to New York and Chicago as part of what the Biden administration is calling "Operation Fly Formula."
It'll be the equivalent of millions of bottles of specialty infant formula and will be available mainly through medical distributors.
Two more shipments are scheduled to be flown in from the UK to New York on July 17th and the 22nd. Unlike today's delivery, that formula will be available at Target.
