President Joe Biden has spoken to Damar Hamlin’s parents. The president spoke 'at length' with the pair after their son went into cardiac arrest on the field during Monday Night Football.
President Biden was also asked whether football is too dangerous and said, “Look, you've got guys that are 6'8", 340 pounds running a 4.8 40. If you hit somebody with that kinda, now that's not what happened here, but I just don't know how you avoid it.”
