UPS Drivers To Make $170,000 In Pay And Benefits After Union Deal

The deal negotiated between the Teamsters Union and UPS resulted in a large pay increase for drivers.

UPS CEO Carol Tome said during the call that UPS drivers will earn an average of $170,000 in annual pay and benefits by the end of the new five-year contract agreement, and part-time workers’ pay will be boosted to a minimum of $25.75 per hour

Full-time UPS drivers will make an average of $49 per hour by the end of the contract, or nearly $102,000 per year with a guaranteed eight-hour workday !

Bloomberg reported last week that searches for “UPS” on the job search website Indeed increased over 50% after the deal was announced
