A 22-year-old man arrested after a stabbing spree left four dead and seven injured in Rockford, Illinois has been identified
· Winnebago County State’s Attorney J. Hanley said at a news conference yesterday that Christian Soto waived his Miranda rights to remain silent and told investigators that one of the victims gave him marijuana that was laced with a strong narcotic
· When asked about a possible motive, Hanley said, “I don’t have a real answer for that, and I’m not sure we will.”
· Soto faces four counts of murder and seven counts of attempted murder, as well as two counts of home invasion with a dangerous weapon
