Lizzo has come out to clarify her recent post on social media telling her fans that she quits.
As we told you previously, the artist had shared “all I want is to make music…But I'm starting to feel like the world doesn't want me in it…I QUIT,” over the weekend.
People weren’t sure if Lizzo meant she was quitting social media, quitting music…or something else.
Well now the artist is clearing everything up, and confirms that she has no intention of leaving music. “When I say ‘I quit,’ I mean I quit giving any negative energy attention,” Lizzo shared in a video posted to social media. “What I’m not going to quit is the joy of my life, which is making music and connecting to people.
And I know I’m not alone. In no way shape or form am I the only person experiencing that negative voice that’s louder than the positive.”
