T-Pain has had a soft spot for the state of Wisconsin ever since he rhymed “mansion” with “Wiscansin” is his 2008 hit “Can’t Believe It.” Now he’s showing the love by opening up a music school!
The rapper shared the info in a new video interview with “Billboard,” while reflecting on how big that one rhyme has been in his life.
“That fostered the era of the ‘mansion in Wiscansin’ infamous rhyme. And since then, we’ve been really able to incorporate that into everything...All my tours that I go on now are Wisconsin based.
We have a ‘Wiscansin University.’ All the merch is ‘Wiscansin’ based. We’re actually starting a school in Wisconsin. It’s a music school.”
