Pharrell Williams accuses clothing brand Spreadshirt

Pharrell Williams is suing Spreadshirt for allegedly producing and selling counterfeit Billionaire Boys Club (BBC) merchandise.

The lawsuit, seeking $14 million in damages, claims that Spreadshirt enabled third-party vendors to upload unlicensed BBC designs and profited from intellectual property theft. Williams’ legal team accuses Spreadshirt of damaging the brand’s reputation and credibility by distributing counterfeit merchandise.

The lawsuit also alleges that Spreadshirt used white-label fulfillment to conceal its involvement in the infringement.

In addition to legal action, Williams recently launched a collaborative collection with Jackson Wang called Life is a Race, blending their brands BBC and TEAM WANG design for a unique streetwear collection.
