Two children are dead after a boat collision in Biscayne Bay near Hibiscus Island. Another child remains 'unresponsive' according to the Coast Guard.
A total of five children and one adult were pulled from the water after the crash.
The kids were with the Miami Youth Sailing Foundation. 9-year-old Enzo watched from onshore.
"Was a big garbage boat and the getaway was in front of it and the the boat wasn't paying attention. Crashed right into them and they all went flying off the boat, " he said.
FWC says it appears the sailboat was hit by a barge. They are actively investigating along with the U-S Coast Guard.
