Personal Trainer Offers Tips For At Home Exercise

Studies show it's about this time of year where many people fail at their New Year's resolutions, with popular ones related to health.

That includes exercising more and losing weight. Personal trainer Jessica Ferro says a lot of it is mental, having the right mindset and asking yourself why you made the goal at the start of the year.

Ferro says if you are not too motivated to leave the house for a jog or the gym because of old man winter, there's plenty to do at home.

She says anything to get the heart rate up will help and that could include bodyweight exercises, cleaning the house and using at home weights.
