Chris Brown Avoiding Jail Time For Nightclub Attack

Chris Brown will avoid jail time after an attack at a London nightclub in 2023.

The singer was accused of striking music producer Abe Diaw with a tequila bottle, which left injuries that required hospital treatment. Brown was given an eight-month suspended sentence after pleading guilty to the offense of affray in July.

His co-defendant Omololu Akinlolu also pleaded guilty and was given a sentence of four months, which was also suspended.
