15 Foods That Boost the Immune System

15 Foods That Boost the Immune System

I suggest my friends and clients plan meals including as many as my 15 immune boosting foods as you possible. One of the first things you should do to prepare yourself and loved ones for the corona virus is to head to the super market.

Before going into the food section make sure you pick up some hand sanitizer and plenty of soap. Don’t forget bleach, alcohol, peroxide and micro fiber towels you can use to safely disinfect your phone and frequently touched surfaces. We are told wash your hands, but not enough info about washing your phone. Doesn't do good to wash your hands a lot if you keep picking up your nasty germ infested mobile phone..... right?

Do you know a recipe that uses at least 10 of the ingredients you can share?

More ways to prevent the flu

Variety is the key to proper nutrition. Eating just one of these foods won’t be enough to help fight off the flu, even if you eat it constantly. Pay attention to serving sizes and recommended daily intake so that you don’t get too much of a single vitamin and too little of others.

Eating right is a great start, and there are other things you can do to protect you and your family from the flu, cold, and other illnesses. Start with these flu prevention basics and then read these seven tips for flu-proofing your home. Perhaps most importantly, read up on the flu vaccine and decide whether it’s right for you.
