Winter Haven, FL - LEGOLAND Florida will introduce a new indoor roller coaster called “Galacticoaster,” scheduled to open in early 2026, offering families a high-tech, space-themed ride experience.

The coaster will feature 1,500 feet of track and rise more than 50 feet above the park floor.

According to LEGOLAND, it is the most ambitious and technically advanced ride ever built at any LEGOLAND Resort.

Visitors will board individual LEGO spacecraft and embark on a journey through an interstellar adventure that combines high-speed coaster thrills with interactive storytelling.

The ride is designed to deliver an immersive experience that highlights LEGO creativity and engineering.

“Galacticoaster marks the first indoor coaster built within the main park since LEGOLAND Florida opened in 2011,” said Blake Boyter, Senior Project Manager at Merlin Magic Making.

He explained that the ride is designed to provide guests with detailed LEGO storytelling, excitement, and an engaging adventure from the moment they enter.

The project emphasizes both visual and technical innovation, creating a dynamic environment that blends LEGO elements with a futuristic space theme.

The ride’s design focuses on delivering family-friendly thrills while maintaining a narrative-driven experience, appealing to a wide range of ages.

LEGOLAND Florida has highlighted that Galacticoaster represents a major expansion of its indoor attractions, providing entertainment that is less dependent on weather conditions.

Further details on ticketing and additional ride features are expected to be announced closer to the ride’s 2026 opening.
