Atlanta radio personality Darian “Big Tigger” Morgan will not face criminal charges following domestic violence allegations made by his estranged wife, Alicia Brown.
The Fulton County District Attorney’s Office declined to prosecute the case after Morgan was arrested in June. Despite the decision not to prosecute, the legal conflict between Morgan and Brown continues, with Brown being arrested on an active felony kidnapping warrant from Maryland.
Brown has since filed a federal lawsuit against the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office, alleging that her arrest violated her constitutional rights and questioning whether Morgan had inappropriate access to law enforcement.
Additionally, Morgan’s co-host Francesca Amiker has filed a defamation lawsuit against Brown.
